Turn a working pilot into a useful operating system.

The work is not finished when a pilot produces its first result. We help teams establish the release path, responsibilities, training, and evidence needed to use a system in ongoing work.

Review readiness against the real service

We examine the application, dependencies, access model, open defects, and evidence from evaluation. The readiness discussion separates a successful demonstration from an accepted release. Remaining uncertainties become explicit work items, operating limits, or reasons to continue the pilot.

Release in manageable increments

A controlled rollout defines who receives the system, which tasks it may handle, and what happens when it fails. Environment separation, version tracking, rollback, and support routes keep changes reviewable. For AI workflows, acceptance can include reviewed output quality and the expected exception load.

Help the team adopt the workflow

Documentation and training should explain when to use the system, how to verify its output, and how to resolve an exception. The design includes the people who inherit the work after a handoff. Feedback from those users can shape the next release and reduce recurring corrections.

Agree the ongoing operating relationship

Ownership of source, credentials, monitoring, data updates, provider costs, and support is settled before handover. Canadian organizations can include their own procurement, accessibility, and information requirements. We measure accepted work, review effort, reliability, and operating cost over a defined period.

A first engagement

Working deliverables.
A clear next step.

Scope the work around your existing systems, information boundaries, and acceptance criteria. Agree timing, ownership, and commercial terms before delivery begins.

Questions worth asking.

Can you help deploy a pilot built by another team?

We can assess the source, architecture, access, and available evidence, then scope the engineering and operating work needed for a release.

Do you provide ongoing support?

Support can be part of an engagement. The responsibilities, availability, response arrangements, and commercial terms are agreed for the specific system.
